The robot nailer installation is used for fully automated or semi-automatic production of individual wooden pallets or packing boxes. Various nail types and positions are set by the user using the control panel and positioned by the robot with millimetre precision. Thanks to the optimised gripper position, each nail pair requires just ca. 2s.

A special, spool packing solution optimised for batch size 1 in the paper industry has been developed as a comprehensive system by the SPS and offers transport systems for individual spools, spool stacks and ready, packed pallets.

Production of complete walls of prefab houses made of wood requires multiple machines. Combining individual machines into a functioning, complete concept and transport of complete walls in lying and standing positions are tasks executed by the SPS for a Russian customer. We have developed and implemented custom solutions, from a fully automated panel warehouse, down to the assembly of 8m x 3m wooden walls on a suspended track system.
