Continuous extrusion
Low maintenance and compact robots are used in order to enable quick loading of aluminium billets. No additional disassembly works are required while change of recipient. The loading gripper operates without any moving parts and is extremely safe during operation. |

A fully automatic packing system for individual profiles. Cameras identify the profile type and the profile position. Robots deposit the profile and the intermediate layer in the packs. |
Semi-automatic packing with destackers and ergonomic packing tables, including paper and film dispensers.
