The sanding disc replacement station (Sanding Disc Master – SDM) is thus a completely new step in the field of automation technology and enables not only fully automated removal of worn discs, but thanks to the variable number of cartridges containing sanding discs it ensures the highest level of flexibility in use of various sanding media using just one machine.
This piece of equipment supplementing the extremely economic grinding robots offers additional cost savings.

Passenger and freight trains are fully ground using our fully automated ESM stations. Our grinding solutions have been used throughout Europe since 2017.
