eMobility: Battery tray production in Austria
For a well-known car manufacturer, battery trays for one of the most modern electric cars in the world are produced on this fully automated production line. The various profile cross-sections are stacked in special pallets designed by SPS and managed by a fully automated crane.

Automated packing line for lauminium profiles
This plant for fully automatic packaging of aluminium profiles goes into trial operation at our Altmünster site.
The world's most modern plant for unmanned profile packaging is now already convincing our fourth customer.
Fullest flexibility is achieved by camera-supported profile recognition and dynamic gripping technology.
A software developed by SPS enables a clear and simple packing plan generation for thousands of profile types and finishing patterns.

INNOTRANS Berlin:
Due to the events of the past few months, the world's largest trade fair for transport technology, Innotrans Berlin, had to be postponed.
As an exhibitor, we were already in the middle of the preparations, but of course we support this decision!
We are therefore pleased to be able to have relaxed conversations with many visitors at our booth from April 27 to 30, 2021 - perhaps even then without a protective mask.
ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf:
As planned, the Aluminum fair will take place in Düsseldorf from October 6th to 8th, 2020. We hope to meet many of our customers personally to talk about the latest developments, especially in the sector of e-mobility.

Train maintenance in the face of technological change
The largest maintenance center in France now has the following advantages for the maintenance and repair of existing wagons:

Contruction training with FESTO
Our designers received further training in theory and practice in a two-day training course on the subject of drive technology. As a competent leader, Norbert Berneck from Festo was available to answer any questions. The areas of energy efficiency and safety technology in particular are becoming increasingly important components of our systems. We received exciting insights into the latest developments and applications of pneumatics in industry.
WIFI Fachkraftschmiede
In the course of digitalization, further training in the areas of automation technology and robotics is increasing significantly.
We don't give the shortage of skilled workers a chance!

Next year we will be represented again at the following trade fairs.
