SPS konnte bereits vor \u00fcber 10 Jahren eine industrielle Revolution herbeif\u00fchren: Durch das Know-How der SPS Experten wurde erstmals eine komplette PKW Karosserie vollautomatisch durch den Einsatz von Robotern geschliffen. Als Vorreiter im Bereich Exzenterschleifen konnten wir durch jahrelange Entwicklung den Schleifprozess so effizient wie m\u00f6glich gestalten.\u00a0 Es gelang uns zus\u00e4tzlich jede Art von Schleifpapieren zu wechseln \u2013 vollautomatisch!\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Seit 2017 realisieren wir als erstes Unternehmen weltweit Anlagen zum automatischen Schleifen von Schienenfahrzeugen f\u00fcr den Personen- und G\u00fcterverkehr.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Erstmals ist es gelungen das Wechseln von kletthaftenden Schleifscheiben vollst\u00e4ndig zu automatisieren.<\/p>\n

Unser patentiertes Sanding Disc Master (SDM) System sichert unseren Kunden die perfekte L\u00f6sung in den Bereichen Schleifen, Polieren und Entgraten.<\/p>\n

Daher setzt die Schleifmittelwechselstation\u202f(Sanding Disc Master \u2013 SDM) komplett neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be in der Automatisierungstechnik und erm\u00f6glicht nicht nur ein vollautomatisches Abziehen verbrauchter Scheiben sondern durch seine variable Anzahl an Magazinen der neuen Scheiben auch h\u00f6chste Flexibilit\u00e4t im Einsatz unterschiedlicher Schleifmittel mit nur einem Ger\u00e4t.
